2. Licensing and Usage
All products purchased from ThemeSolar are subject to our License Agreement. By purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the licensing terms regarding usage rights and restrictions.
3. Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products (downloadable code), we cannot offer refunds once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion if:
- The product is materially different from the description.
- A critical bug prevents the product from functioning and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
4. Intellectual Property
ThemeSolar retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the code, designs, and assets provided. The purchase of a license does not transfer copyright.
5. Warranty and Liability
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall ThemeSolar be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
6. Third-Party Services
Our themes may use third-party libraries (e.g., Astro, Tailwind CSS) or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability or content of these external resources.
7. Governing Law
