License

Our licensing is designed to be simple and fair. When you purchase a theme from ThemeSolar, you are purchasing a license to use the product, not the ownership of the code itself.

Standard License

By purchasing a theme from ThemeSolar, you are granted a license to use the item for one single end product for yourself or for one client.

You have the right to:

• Use the theme to create one single website for yourself or a client.
• Modify the code, design, and assets to fit your specific needs.
• Use the theme for a commercial project (e.g., a SaaS landing page, a corporate site).

You are NOT allowed to:

• Resell or Redistribute: You cannot resell, share, or distribute the theme files or the source code, either as is or with modifications.
• Open Source: You cannot use the theme in a project that is distributed as open-source where the theme files are publicly available.
• Competitor Products: You cannot use the theme to build a competitive product, such as a “website builder,” a derivative theme, or a template for sale.
• Claim Ownership: You cannot claim intellectual property rights to our design or code.

Updates and Support

• The license includes access to bug fixes and updates for the lifetime of the product (or as long as ThemeSolar supports it).
• Support covers technical issues with the theme itself, but does not cover customization services or teaching web development.
